The Isle of Skye has dramatic landscapes with mountains rising up out of the ocean. The Island museum has the old style Croft cottages showing island life.
It’s easy to fall in love with the Highland Cows. I would never take a picture of a regular cow but I found myself taking dozens of these shaggy ones
This photo makes me laugh every time I see it. Nothing like an intimate encounter with a cow.
Today we’re off to Glasgow and the end of the Scottish tour. Next stop Cornwall and Wales. This Phase will be quite different as we are abandoning the coach and renting a car. Remembering how to drive on the left always takes a day or two but having our own schedule will be a nice change of pace.
