The end of June is the ideal time to see the Lavender fields in Provence. We visited several markets that had regional products and wandered the narrow streets. I discovered and fell in love with the scent of verbena and had to allocate premium suitcase space to bring home verbena soap. I also couldn’t resist the beautiful tea towels despite my kitchen drawer already bursting with previous trips treasures.

Farewell – Provence, until we visit again!
The lavender fields look beautiful and the villa looks like it was out of a movie! How cool! I hope that your are headed out of France based on what I am reading in the news.

And we had nearly perfect weather for 2 weeks. We were flying out of Paris but no problems as we weren’t near the city. I’m in DC at the moment getting ready to fly home.
